    *My battery is dead on onda v712 quad core.Battery worked for one year.
    
    *Touch screen on onda v712 quad core dont respond (on top and bottom of screen touch don´t work about one centimeter from the edge of screen. I try with update frimware but problem persists ).
    
    I will specifically help me, and do not write me how to upgrade frimware.

    The specifications on your website, says as PPI = 162
    But according to my knowledge if ONDA V712 has a display with 1280 X 800 resolution, the PPI value should be 216.

    are you thinking to update this tablet in a ultra-thin version? because it looks really, really fat.. it has a good hardware, nice screen size at least enough for me it has everything I need, but the thickness is too much, way over the top.. extremely wide for me, sorry but it doesn't look elegant (9.8mm) thanks I hope your answer soon.
