    I already found here some information about issue with USB, but here is no any solution. I'll ask you again:
    
    Non of any USB devices connected doesn't work.
    - I use hub to connect keyboard and mouse.
    - But when I connect keyboard directly - also doesn't work.
    - Windows boots buteven touchscreen doesn't work.
    - I can't get in BIOS.
    - I can't do anything.

  • Hello
    
    I am from Romania and I have a rebranded Onda V819W tablet by local reseller Allview.
    
    After Windows8.1 reset USB devices like keyboard, mouse or memory stick not working anymore.
    
    In Device manager USB controller icon appear with a small yellow triangle and device status message is: The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28). Also both camera drivers have same yellow triangle on icon and device status mesage is: This device cannot start (Code 10).
    
    My feeling is that is some wrong setting regarding USB controler on UEFI BIOS setting.
    
    I can enter in BIOS from Windows 8.1 but my USB keyboard not working.
    
    Device volume buttons work. Short press is UP/DOWN and long press is ESC/ENTER. I can't figure out how can go LEFT/RIGHT to Load BIOS default setting.

  • When I power up my v819w it shows the Onda logo and the rotating circle for about 5 seconds, then goes black. When I press and hold the power button for 10 seconds the screen flickers white then goes off. I can then turn it on again with the power button but it continues to do the same thing, only showing the logo and rotating circle for 5 seconds before turning off.
    
    Windows never starts. I have downloaded a firmware update for it, but how do I update the tablet if it never loads Windows?
