  • I bought the V891W online and received in Nov 2014, all were working well until last weekend when it started to behave strangely. The unit cannot be power on (no response and no Onda logo is displayed) and I also notice the charging LED is not on when I want to charge the unit. What could be wrong? Can I reset the unit? Any other ways you could recommend to reboot the tablet system.?

  • Hello, I received a v891w tablet as a gift.
    I have 2 questions:
    
    1) I changed the system language to Italian then I tried to register Microsoft Office 365 using the English instruction found on the onda website. I received from Office Italian website an error message like this: "Office is not associated with this account". Why? The tablet was sealed when I received it and I only placed my microsoft account data into it on the first boot.
    
    2) In a support document of yours, you wrote: "Use USB HUB and OTG cable with power". Where can I bought a cable of this type? Can you give me a link?
