  • i bought the V972 dual tablet at a warehouse sale 6 days ago. I have had nothing but trouble. The play store does not work and the tablet is now stuck on a screen that is black background with V972 at the top and 11 round icons in the middle which the screen seems to be rotating continually.     It s a very nice tablet. But, i ve a problem.
    I charge totaly the battery, and i decrease on the max the light, but the battery is about 15% after 2h50 , i dont play, just going on the web .
    You say 8h with the battery..... me 2h50 why?

  • I have a problem with my V972.
    After 5 - 10 seconds from the start tablet without power supply, begin to have problems with the graphical card and black bands appears on the screen, this problem didn't raise when the tablet is connected to the power supply.
    Could you please help me to solve this problem, i buy the tablet in Feb 2013.

    I have onda v972 32 GB tablet. when i tried to update 4.2.2( v3.2.1) version 1 the web site show massage(Uh-oh, you come late, file sharing has been canceled, next to early yo.).my previous android version taking too much time in charging.and very low battry timing. how can i download new version.and please improve battry timing in new update .and decrease charging timing. over all tablet speed is too good.   • Hi, I have some questions about the tablet.
    
    Is the Android 4.2.2 v.3.2 the final version you will release, or there will be future updates to fix current glitches?
    
    I reset the tablet, update to 3.2, then reset twice and the camera still not working. Please fix this.
    
    I have no way to take screenshot, even with the power and volume button system. The apps from Google Play Store to take screenshots needs a rooted device...
    
    The battery life is shortened because the 4.2.2 JB has issues with batteries in a lot of devices. The Android 4.1.1 was better with the battery life... Please, fix this too.
