  • I have a V919 Air CH with Windows 10
    The tablet could see available Wifi but could not connect.
    I tried reinstalling Windows but it get stuck at 64%.
    I tried power+volume down 10 seconds but still no progress.

  • I have a new ONDA V919 Phablet. It has a port for a micro SIM Card where I would have been able to make and receive cellular phone calls. The cellular phone functions have been disabled by some glitch or something in the Android Settings under the Wireless & Networks Modules! The Philadelphia police reported that an Irwin Johnson had stolen the Ebay bought ONDA and opened the package and did something to it and put it back in the box opened! His stalking homosexual insane reasoning is that he is only going to let me have a Wi-Fi only tablet! The police have the exact details of his arrest. It was listed as new and unopened. When I got it the box had been opened! Now the SIM Management Module was not there so I performed a reboot and the SIM Management module reappeared but only for a few seconds when it disappeared again! The SIM Management module was set at OFF and the cellular functions were disabled! The ONDA V919 Phablet is still good but I need to be able to reinstall, reboot or change the firmware so the SIM Management module appears all the time again! The ONDA V919 says that the prompt for SIM Management can be turned on or off! The ONDA sent me does not have that SIM Management prompt like the instructions says it is supposed to have! Do you have any means of repairing the factory firmware? If not I want a full refund and I will never buy another ONDA again! I can be contacted at 215-548-3489.   • I bought v919 model with 64gb and 2gb RAM dual boot Win10 and Kitkat 4.4 ... Google play services was preinstalled (kind off, sideloaded) but the Google Play store was missing. After search I found comparible version that works fine. All would be good if not a nasty error with contact storage app that comes back relentlessly in 4.4, no matter what I try to do. Tablet is not rooted.
    
    So I decided to buy another unit with Android 5.1.
    So this time it's v919 model with 64.gb and 4gb ram dual boot Win10 and Lollipop 5.1(great). However this one doesn't seem to have Google Play Services and Google Play Store pre-sintalled. Tablet is not rooted.
    
    Play services missing : Is this common issue for all 5.1 that play store and play services are missing?
    
    Is the Lollipop 5.1 and Windows 10 an official configuration of Onda tablets? I see you mostly respond by saying Lollipop 5.1 hasn't been released yet. So are these not-official releases that are sold on Aliexpress and EBay? Should I be waiting for Onda to release Android 5.1?
    
    The last question is related to previous question - Will Onda release 5.1 or 5.0 update for ansroid.

  • So many people with the same problem and the Wave brand does not support your customers and send us to the dealers, do not understand !! I also have problems with my V919 WAVE, and touch keyboard does not work, I need a drive to the touch display work and no one help me !!!   • Hello, I have some questions about the Onda V919 air. If possible answer them all.
    1.Does it support charging and pluging a usb device in OTG at the same time? In other words, can I use this http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/TNoAAOSwsB9V~8AH/s-l1600.jpg and will the tab charge when I have connected a usb device on the adapter too? (Because it's a real battery drainer if I plug a wifi tongle while on windows)
    2.My Onda V919 air came without playstore or any GApps... I went on and installed a playstore apk that I had...but it's not a system app and this could lead to issues... I'd like to know how can I go into recovery mode in order to flash the GApps in it? (I tried the power+volume up/down buttons but only the power+volume up did something. Not recovery mode though, just a boot menu between windows and android)
    3.Can I root the thing? If yes, tell me how, If you can't tell me how, then just verify that there's a way and I'll find it :-P
    4.I get that the lollipop android version will be out at some time in the future, but I'd like to know when ^_^ because for now it feels more like a rumour than a reality... (Also I get that it propably be a ROM file, so the Question 2 must be answered, because recovery mode is needed)

    My windows version seems okay but, I can't use Google Play at all with android mode.
    What is the name of your App market?
    I tried 2 of installed App market but nothing gives me valid Google Play.
    And installed map and calendar also can't communicate with Google Server.

    It is very disappointing.

Battery was full, I travelled from USA, Tablet was in my bag, after a while I wanted to unlock the screen and there was no reaction. It has been 2 days right now, that doesn't switch on.   • I just received the tablet yesterday and after a few hours of usage without any issue a turned off (Window OS).
    Today i turned on but after ONDA written just EFI written and asked me to clik ESC .....
    
    I tried to turn off and on several time, but everytime the same EFI.
    
    How to fix it?
    I bought it by GearBest and received yesterday.

  • I bought this V919 Dual-boot 64GB from Everbuying.com & Google Play Store DID NOT come preloaded within the Android 4.4 software. Does NOT seem like a real version of Android 4.4. No Google apps installed. NON.
    
    Also, of the 64GB of storage, there is only 15GB available for use.

  • I purchased 1 dual boot tablets from GearBest but there is no response from the touch screen and there is a very small notice about "get 12c device data failure" when the screen first starts on Android. I got the similar issue as "Jeff". I connected a OTG mouse and performed a factory reset. Still doesn't work. I am stuck now. The S/N of Tablet is P919LBG1V9B02437 if you want to check from which batch is came from. Please provide detailed instruction on how to fix that. Do I need to send you back the Tablet? It is clearly not working.

  • I am a v919 owner. There is a problem with the WIFI recognition on Windows 10. The problem is already known on some tablets but there is no update available. The WIFI only works on Android. Therefore it is a driver issue. Could you please provide urgently a fix for the WIFI on Windows 10?

  • google playstore no viene instalado. no se puede instalar, no se le puede hacer root,,,, la parte de android es inservible. si quereis usar android esta no es vuestra tablet. el fabricante no da soporte ni actualiza android.... no os la recomiendo
    
    
    google playstore is not installed . you can not install, you can´t to do root. the part of android is useless. if you want to use this is not your android tablet. the manufacturer does not support or update android .... no I recommend

    I bought a tablet ONDA v919 AIR (no 3G). They are installed on Windows 10 and Android 4.4 (which is not Google play and did not find out how to get to the installed programs that do not have a shortcut on the desktop).
    There is a model for this tablet (Gold Edition 2 + 32GB), a new firmware update that would allow focusing on European customers, without support of Asian applications (which are simply not read)?
    In the download section of this tablet is not listed, or I could not find it.

  • There is no Playstore In Andriod Version. Let me know how to Download it. Moreover Device is not compatible with You tube Face and Other Apps.
