  • My touch screen is not calibrated and when i press in one place it senses I clicked somewhere else. Please help me and tell me what to do to fix it. And how can I update it to android 4.2?

  • Dear Supporting Team,
    
    My tab model is V811 quad core, SN: V811QAD3VA01833.
    
    I cannot use setting item for setting up. It shows: "Storage space running out: Some systems functions may not work"
    
    Please advise

  • Good Morning,
    
    I have a tablet mod, V811 quadcore, this is a gift and I don't have the purchase document, but the table is realy new.
    Now is more days that the tablet don't start. When I press button power on show display intel logo and stop. It not go forward.
    I tryed to reset but it's impossible to access to recovery menù (power + home not fuction).
    
    How can I solve this BIG problem?

  • I have a V811 V3 tablet.
    When I press on, it boot up but got stuck on the white android.
    Cannot connect to computer now.
    What should I do?
    How to boot up in recovery mode and flash the firmware?
