- Dear Onda Tablet Team, unfortunatly reseting tablet doesnt help us with this problem. We think that is some hardware problem with our tablet. Could You help us?

Last year around summer i have bought four different kinds of your tablets. I have problem with one of them V116W (64 gb). It will not work as planned. It turns itself on and off whetever it likes. I have no control over power and it can not be charged as well. When it goes offf, it can not be turned on at least three days and then suddenly goes on and back off.Where can I send it to repair service or if you have any other suggestion to resolve this issue, it would be appreciated.

I asked how to install Windows 10 64bit because this tablet does not support USB-Booting.

- Working with Windows the system crashed and hang up. Nothing worked out.
After trying hard with on/off Switch and Volume Switch I was able to bring system to reset. It opened again but everything is in Chinese language. I could add the English and German language, but it worked out only for some app-names. The entire Windows System kept showing Chinese letters only. Switching over to Android everything was set as before. so I can use Android at least.
But how can I set Windows completely into German (or English)?
If it helps I could take pics with my smartphone as a kind of screenprint.
