  • Hi. After 2 months magnetic keyborad doesn't work anymore. Tablet shows the error when i try to connect/disconnect it - "device descriptor request failed".
    Drivers reinstall didn't help. The keyboard doesn't work in BIOS too.
    Is it a tablet or keyboard hardware problem?

    Had to undertake system restore to get Wifi to work in PC mode.
    Wifi was not showing up in Network list or the router being found!
    I now have to Activate Windows 8.1 with Bing, Is the Product Key stored in file on the v116w?
