  • I've just got my v989 air advance 32gb a83t. Gaming performance is not acceptable comparing to the original v989. I've tried to play games like Darkness Reborn, Order and Chaos and Kritika.
    
    The old v989 can play all the games in ultra mode but the new v989 is very jerky when playing games. Is it the ROM. Please advise and fix. Thank you.

  • I already asked a question(From Tim at 4/20/15 2:24 PM) about this subject. You advise me to download the apps from the play store, but all the apps I have installed come from the app store, the youtube app, the google chrome app.
    I keep getting access to the youtube page(browsers chrome & pre installed one), can select clips, but the clips just won't play, the play button and the loading ring keep switching place but no result. the same thing happens in the youtube app itself.
    The problem isn't situated in my home wifi network, as everything works fine on my other devices.
    I have also tried everything I could find on the internet, emptying cache and deleting all the cookies.
    I have bought these tablets for my kids, especially to watch youtube, so this is very inconvenient.

  • I just bought 2EA V989, 16G, and am setting them up for the kids, but the youtube app works, but does not play videos. The same thing happens when trying to pllay youtube clips in webbrowser, original and chrome. Is there a setting that is preventing the replay?
