  • HELP !!. I downloaded firmware upgrade 4.2.2 v3.0, version 1-4,my v812 s.n ends with 01. I followed all instructions for update exactly, Pheonix started update and at 83-85 % it stoped and a notification window with a RED X and something in chinese appeared and pheonix stopped. Now tablet dosnt start !!
    My battery was at 80% at update start. Please help a.s.a.p
    Also please give instructions in english.

  • I notice that the firmware updates have two versions (one for hardware v1 - v4, and one for v5)
    What is the difference between the v5 hardware vs. (v1 through v4)?
