- Hi I have purchased two leatherett stand/cases from you, one for my 972 and one for my 975m but both have the same problem. when the tablet is inside the case and is being used as a stand the tablet slips down making the control buttons useless it is very fustrating because there is no fastner to prevent this from happening. and i would like cases that can be used. I have a ASON with the same sort of case that I bought 2 to 3 years ago and that case has a velcro fastner in it to prevent slippage. so if you have such a case or cases please let me know so I can purchase and have cases that are usable.

  I'm from Spain and I would like to order a Onda V972 tablet. I would like to know what happens if the tablet I receive has some failure. Do you change the table for another one? What is your policy in these situations? Who pays the shipment back to your wharehouse? What warranty do you give with your tablets and what is the policy in the table failures in warranty period.
