Great product but customer support needs improvement Review by Carlos

This tablet is as great as onda sells it, all the features in the description are there.

However i am not giving this product 5 stars and only 4 for a very simple reason : Customer support,- the tablet comes with a bug where you cant access youtube or facebook, i have sent 3 emails that had no response whatsoever and on this site there arent any firmware fixes for the V711, i ended up on the onda chinese site www.onda.cn and with a translator i found out the firmware fix, translated the manual (its full chinese as well, no english) and patched the tablet by my self with no assistance what so ever.

I recomend this tablet, but please onda, invest a little bit on customer support, im a very reasonable customer, but other customers are very demanding, and this no support policy only hurts your company.
