I have bought a Onda V919 Air Tablet PC Intel Z3735F 64bit Quad Core 1.83GHz with 9.7 inch QXGA IPS Retina Screen Windows 10 + Android 4.4 and I can't install the Google play store app or the Gmail app in the android 4.4 system.
And no, it is not pre-installed.
Can you please send me the step by step instructions to make it possible?

and second question, It is possibile to pay in 2 parts

- I have the error [I2C HID] GetI2CDeviceData Failure at the boot. I can't use the tactile function, neither Windows nor Android, so i can't log in.
Please what can i do? I'm getting crazy.
