Hi I got my new V812 baseband ver. v1.32 and rear serial ending in 01last week,its great !
Today I downloaded pheonix suit and update V3.0, v1-4,did exactly as pictures show,unfortunatly not in english. Tablet turned off as instructed, Tablet detected,
A few of the open windows are different but have the same meaning ,Im using win 7 home premium. During firmware instalation,the last window that opened was not the same as pictures,It had a red X and chinese words.(didnt take screen shot sorry).I was terified of failure but the tablet rebooted after a minute with no changes,still 4.1.1 v1.32.
On second attempt windows didnt recognize hardware but it seemed to be updating. After about 5 min boot it returned to factory settings with chinese apps on home screen and no update.
OTA update displays error,Please help for 4.2 update and maybe an english pheonix suite !
