Some users feedback Onda V919 3G Air dual OS(V1,V2,V3 vesion) and V919 Air dual OS(V1,V2,V3 vesion) appears problem "Unable to operate Windowns 10""Unable to update the system reserved partition" and lead to the failure of upgrade.

Appears this problem, please complete the following steps to solve it:
1. Download corresponding model's ANDROID firmware package and  brush the ANDROID firmware again.

Note: This is only for V919 3G Air dual os and V919 Air dual os V1/V2/V3 version, V5 and V7 version V919 3G Air dual os do not exist the problem and can download windows10 update tools to update directly.

I recently purchased the Vi40 Elite... AWESOME!
i have a question which I hope you can advice/help me with.
I formatted a 16GB extsd with EXT4 filesystem and inserted it into the tablet. It is not mounting, even a manual tap on mount SD. Does the device support EXT4?
If yes, what should I do to ensure it is mounted?
If no, which would be a best filesystem? As I have intentions on copying movies bigger than 4GB on the extsd.

Answer:
Onda Vi40 support FAT32 and exFAT filesystem.
FAT32 filesystem do not support files bigger than 4GB,you need change to exFat filesystem.

Question: Hi, i am an owner of a vx610w enhanced tablet. Firmware is the latest Android 4.0.3 v1.0. I have weird problem with charging, it says always charging (USB) with computer. It takes more than 10 hours until the battery is fully charged. I think it is not normal, the tablet does not detect the AC mode only the low current USB. Is it a hardware problem or software? What can i do?

A10 chip is design by All winner Technology.A10 kernel is ARM Cortex A8,and ARM Cortex A8 support ARMV7 Instruction set .The software will find ARMV7 Processor rev2(v71),this is CPU kernel Instruction set not CPU model.
