    • Hi, I've purchase this adapter with the tablet V975W (v.3) and the USB OTG cable two weeks ago. I love the tablet. I can not get this USB to ethernet adapter to work yet.

      After connecting the ethernet adapter using the OTG cable I can see it in the Device Manager labeled "ASIX AX88772A USB2.0 to Fast Ethernet Adapter" but it has an issue. The device status message is this:

      "This device cannot start. (Code 10)
      {Operation Failed}
      The request operation was unsuccessful."

      I tried different drivers from the ASIX website without success. When I connect the USB to Ethernet adapter to my Macbook it works without issues.

      I've tried to connect using a powered hub and I still get the same message.

      Any idea how to get this adapter to work?

      Thanks,

      Sylvain
